We Provide Air Roasted Coffee. We take the finest shade grown Arabica Beans from around the world and combine them in a Unique Roasting process designed to Capture the Wild West in a Cup. Our Coffee is roasted only after you order. This is to ensure you receive the freshest coffee that will provide the best flavor.

Our coffee roasting system is an Air Roaster. the Air roaster suspends the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of hot air creating a very evenly roasted coffee every batch. The tumbling action, caused by the circulating hot air, removes the unwanted bitter "chaff" surrounding each coffee bean. Roasting delicious coffee to it's "optimum" point requires constantly adjusting the roast times and temperatures to compensate for the different moisture content, density, age, and the origin of each different coffee.

The end result is perfectly roasted coffee. the combination of the roasting process and the highest quality coffee beans equals better tasting coffee.
